from haiku to song lyrics with Songer...

Interesting how melting together a series of my own haiku written here can transform into lyrics of a song and offer a whole new dimension... songer.co/song/ppztvss...

there fell a hiatus...

Embers and Echoes

There fell a hiatus, a #moment, a breath with little more to say; little more that had some kind of meaning... And then he reached for an old wooden guitar... strummed a few strings and gently launched into the Beatles' 'Blackbird' song... But it wasn't the Beatles I heard at all... #vss365

I created this song on Songer. It is a mix of my tanka and haiku I posted on Blue Sky. They have then been converted to lyrics. I selected a mix of music styles and struggled to ask Songer to create male and female voices alternating. Finally did it. This is the result.
