trust is the new vital key to progress?

Yes...Initially this World City podcast focuses on water management in a city world - prompted when Cape Town had a 3 year drought from 2015-17. Ground Zero was a few months away. City Council responded best by building trust with the city dwellers, revealing step by step solutions, transparency. Citizens and government had roles to play in achieving progress. But another positive emerged out of this crisis...other ways to build trust.
