home exercise programme...
Today marks the beginning of my Monday to Friday exercise routine...at home. It will open up my creative time by reducing runs back and forth to the Arts Centre for classes. I am not comfortable in large groups, and, being very sensitive to virus waves in the cooler months, I feel that I must be careful.
