Retirement on the horizon...

For some reason tonight, I decided to dig around my photo archives. I found this one. The previous day, I confirmed my retirement from secondary teaching. I felt the strangest sadness. Mother's Day Morning Tea...

This will be the first Mother's Day in many many years that I have been with my daughter...

Today, we both attended my grandson's Mother's Day morning tea at his school in Temora...

Coffee or tea and individual plates of delightful sandwiches, cake and biscuits were available...

We just had to choose one from the range on offer...

I was amazed at how many parents turned up to my grandson's small Temora school...

I was quite sure that every family was represented...

Many mothers, some fathers and nannas were there...

Just so lovely...
