Temora = Wiradjuri land. But a German first chose the site of Temora (although the town has a name of Irish derivation); another German laid out the township.

artistic doorway...
Doorways are generally a sign, an invitation to explore further... a kind of 'go-between' your space+and what could be...

But then there are doors that demand a pause, appreciative attention to their unique beauty...a marvellous work of art...
This door is of the latter kind... https://t.co/BGI0kKUloi

new life begins...
Last Tuesday19th April, my son (from Adelaide) and I took a long rainy drive from Dromana on the Mornington Peninsula in southern Victoria to Temora, in the Riverina region of southern NSW...
My son drove my car (+ me) to Temora...to my daughter's current home...I stay with her, (possibly 10 weeks), till finally her Temora home is completed. Then I take over her rental...a cute little olde world cottage with a white picket fence...Love it...
This changeover was an amazing moment...For the first time in some years, I was seeing my son and daughter at the same time...My son stayed with us for a couple of days before heading back to Adelaide with his partner...
My life by the sea is now converting to my life in a country town...
